Our lab belongs to the Faculty of Natural Sciences at the University of Haifa (Department of Biology, University of Haifa), and located 20 km southern to Haifa at the "Oranim" campus, within the Klein Center for environmental and molecular biology.
The Klein Center was established by Lucile Klein, Nephew of Yehoshua Margolin, a pioneer in the teaching of the Life Sciences in Israel. It functions as a research and teaching facility for faculty and students, with a state-of-the-art scientific equipment for researching the environment, using sophisticated molecular tools. The center's faculty members pursue their own research in a range of areas. They also mentor graduate students to become skilled and expert in their fields and work with undergraduate students to help them become familiar with the equipment and gain hands-on lab experience.
